Promotion of Recycling And Treating Technologies of Resources- Recycling, Treating, Reusing Technologies of Waste Containers And Rising Value of Second-hand Materials

In order to enhance the recovery and sorting technology of waste pesticide containers, this project aggregated the sorting and storage mechanics, treatment techniques and equipments in advanced countries. According to these information, we proposed the feasible schemes for improving equipment and enhancing process. This project was also planned to investigate the value and potential of waste PET and PS containers and to evaluate the feasibility in real work; after that, assessing the processing unit of subsidized institutions to upgrade the techniques and sales channel of plastic fragments and labels. The project was to plan the recycling and reusing scheme of biodegradable plastic containers, including the investigation of domestic biodegradable plastic containers industry and possible application of the recovery processing technology; moreover, to do life-cycle assessment and to develop the relevant supporting measures for the recovery and treatment system (including pharmaceutical waste containers). Additionally, doing research about the treatment and reusing technology of composite materials, special plastic, filling adhesive, no.7 plastic, foil bags and waste labels. There are two conferences of recycling waste containers treatment technology and one industrial development seminar of subsidized plastic companies were held in this project. After consulting with the industries and arranging the messages, we concluded to three visions in the industrial development blueprint which includes(1) to reduce waste and to improve the quality of the environment (2) to promote free-flowing recycling and reusing system for smooth market (3) to enhance the added value of recycled goods. This blueprint detailed the current difficulties in the recycling industry and the solution of these problems.
